The no blood no foul rule strikes me as appropriate. I mean in a crowd you won't have enough time to say excuse me every time you bump into someone. They just all assume the crowd like attitude and plow on ahead. You have places to be and so does every one else. It reminds me of a survival of the fittest. The sex shop article made a chuckle a little at first. Then I thought about more and came to the conclusion. Germans accept that "Adult Book Stores" are apart of their society and instead of hiding them up they treat it like it's just another store. I admire that, sometimes I think America has too many prudes. We shouldn't treat it like some evil voodoo, just accept it and move on. When I read the flirting article it made me wish I lived in Germany. Men practically don't have to do anything just be there. Sounds like a great system to me.
